These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Mental VOIR. By creating an account, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.
2. Platform Description
Mental VOIR is a live streaming platform designed for wellness and personal growth education. The Platform connects "Revealers" (individuals who share personal journeys, experiences, and insights) with "Voirs" (viewers, including therapists and wellness practitioners, who watch and learn).
Important Notice:
Mental VOIR is an educational platform, NOT a clinical therapy service. Content shared on this Platform does not constitute medical advice, mental health treatment, or professional therapeutic services. The Platform does not create a therapist-client relationship between any users.
The Platform provides:
Live streaming capabilities for educational wellness content
Recorded session library for on-demand viewing
Community features including comments and discussions
Anonymous viewing options for privacy
3. Eligibility
To use the Platform, you must:
Be at least 18 years of age
Have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement
Not be prohibited from using the Platform under applicable laws
Provide accurate and complete registration information
By using the Platform, you represent and warrant that you meet all eligibility requirements. We reserve the right to verify your eligibility at any time and to terminate accounts that do not meet these requirements.
4. User Accounts
4.1 Account Creation
To access certain features of the Platform, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete.
4.2 Account Security
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to:
Create a strong password and keep it confidential
Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access or security breach
Not share your account credentials with any third party
Log out of your account at the end of each session
4.3 Account Approval
Certain account types (specifically Revealer accounts) require approval by our administrative team. We reserve the right to approve or deny any account application at our sole discretion. Viewer ("Voir") accounts are automatically approved upon registration.
5. User Roles
5.1 Voir (Viewer)
Voirs are viewers who watch live streams and recorded sessions. Voirs may:
Watch live and recorded sessions
Browse the video library
Post comments on recorded sessions (with optional anonymity)
Maintain a personal watch history
Voirs watch content anonymously—Revealers cannot see who is watching their streams.
5.2 Revealer (Content Creator)
Revealers are individuals who share their personal journeys and experiences through live streaming. Revealers may:
Create and broadcast live streaming sessions
Set session categories and estimated durations
View aggregate analytics for their sessions
Request deletion of their recorded sessions
Access all Voir features
Revealer accounts require administrative approval before activation.
6. User Conduct
6.1 Acceptable Use
You agree to use the Platform only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:
Use the Platform in any way that violates any applicable law or regulation
Impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation
Engage in any conduct that is harmful, threatening, abusive, or harassing
Upload or transmit viruses, malware, or other malicious code
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Platform
Interfere with or disrupt the Platform or its servers
6.2 Prohibited Content
The following content is strictly prohibited on the Platform:
Content that provides specific medical or therapeutic advice
Content that encourages self-harm or harm to others
Sexually explicit or pornographic material
Content that promotes violence, hatred, or discrimination
Content that infringes on intellectual property rights
Spam, advertising, or promotional content without authorization
False or misleading information presented as fact
Content involving minors in any inappropriate context
7. Content Ownership & Licensing
7.1 Your Content
You retain ownership of any content you create, upload, or share on the Platform ("User Content"). By posting User Content, you grant Mental VOIR a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, sublicensable license to use, reproduce, modify, distribute, and display your User Content in connection with operating and promoting the Platform.
7.2 Platform Content
The Platform and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Mental VOIR and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on Platform content without our express written permission.
7.3 Recording and Archiving
Live streaming sessions are automatically recorded and archived for later viewing. By streaming on the Platform, Revealers consent to this recording and archiving. Revealers may request deletion of their recorded sessions, subject to administrative approval.
8. Privacy
Your privacy is important to us. Our collection and use of personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Platform, you consent to our data practices as described in the Privacy Policy.

Content on the Platform is for educational and informational purposes only and is not intended to be a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. 9.1 "As Is" Service
THE PLATFORM IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
9.2 No Guarantee
We do not warrant that:
The Platform will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free
The results obtained from using the Platform will be accurate or reliable
The quality of any content or services will meet your expectations
Any errors in the Platform will be corrected
9.3 Third-Party Content
User Content is the sole responsibility of the person who created it. We do not endorse, support, represent, or guarantee the completeness, truthfulness, accuracy, or reliability of any User Content.
10. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, MENTAL VOIR AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM:
Your access to or use of (or inability to access or use) the Platform
Any conduct or content of any third party on the Platform
Any User Content obtained from the Platform
Unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content
11. Termination
11.1 Termination by You
You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us at support@mentalvoir.com. Upon termination, your right to use the Platform will immediately cease.
11.2 Termination by Us
We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including but not limited to:
Breach of these Terms
Conduct that we determine is harmful to other users or the Platform
Requests by law enforcement or government agencies
Extended periods of inactivity
11.3 Effect of Termination
Upon termination, your account data will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Comments you have posted may be anonymized but retained. Revealers should request deletion of their session recordings prior to account termination.
12. Modifications to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by email or by posting a notice on the Platform prior to the changes becoming effective. Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of the revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of the changes.
We encourage you to review these Terms periodically to stay informed of any updates.
13. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States of America, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Platform shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Delaware, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.
