About the Founder
Hana Doustar is the founder of Mental Voir. Her work focuses on one objective: creating self-developmental perception by integrating the psychological and physiological systems that drive behavior, while bringing community together in the process.
She is also the founder of the Clinic for Pain and Anxiety in Beverly Hills, where she has worked extensively with individuals experiencing chronic stress, depression, trauma, and cognitive overload. Her clinical work exposed a consistent limitation in conventional approaches—treatment is often fragmented, overly verbal, and disconnected from the body.
In response, Hana developed Sensory Immersive Therapy, a method that combines personalized meditative guidance with targeted sensory inputs to simultaneously influence the mind and body through gently modulating the nervous system. This approach uses controlled environmental and physiological stimuli—such as acupuncture, sound, light, and physical intervention—to shift internal states in real time, allowing patients to access and recondition patterns that are otherwise difficult to reach through conversation alone.
Mental Voir is an extension of this work. It translates the principles of Sensory Immersive Therapy into an internationally accessible format, where individuals can observe or participate in real therapeutic processes with the ability of keeping privacy. The structure removes abstraction and replaces it with direct exposure to thought patterns, emotional and behavioral responses.
Hana's approach is not built on reassurance or passive insight. It is built on precision—identifying patterns, distortions, interrupting conditioned responses, and rebuilding awareness with clarity and imagination. Mental Voir reflects that standard: minimal, direct, and designed to produce measurable internal change.
